A Christmastime treat! We bet you love truffles as much as we do and maybe even have memories of making them with grandma. Ours are similar, but also a bit different. We use just a hint of organic vanilla from Madagascar, the real beans, to make the the flavor a little more luxurious without actually making them sweeter. Then we roll them several times in very-thin layers of dark chocolate before rolling them in fine cocoa powder. The result is a delicious truffle that you can keep around a little longer than ones you make yourself ... if you can resist eating them, that is.
