Pâtes de fruits

We're sorry there's no English word for pâte de fruit because they are so delicious. If you aren't familiar with it, it's like a jam or jelly thick enough that you can pick it up with your fingers. Ours are made in a variety of classic and exotic flavors. We have a lot of fun experimenting with combinations of fruit and fruits in combination with herbs and spices. Our "menu" changes often depending on Jed's ideas. But you can expect to find flavors like raspberry, blackcurrant, pear with estragon, blueberry/açaï, apricot with nutmeg, mango, passionfruit and many more.
