Our chocolate covered cherries are first soaked in cherry alcohol. The alcohol isn't overpowering, but over the years we've developed a technique for adding a little extra -- involving a hypodermic needle, which isn't nearly as scary as it sounds, but this simple product now requires one of the most elaborate processes in our line up. It's the only thing we make with alcohol and we think it's worth it. The balance of sweetness, alcohol and chocolately bitterness is about as well-crafted as we think we can do for you.
Just be forewarned: we only make these for the Christmas season. They'll keep for quite a long time, but when we're out, you'll have to wait until the following year.
